Brand new, in the crate with factory warranty.This lower unit fits Gray, Counter Rotation, 30 Inch shaft length, Steer By Wire 42 Liter Yamaha Outboards (model names specifically F250NSB or F300NSB).NOTE: Will also fit a non steer by wire DEC-only F225 / F250 / F300 ""B"" model. (aka F300NCB). Can be substituted for the LWK6KGLU or the equivalent Yamaha part number 6MM-45300-00-8D.NOTE: The above comment applies to replacing an existing B model lower unit. The lower unit does not include all of the parts needed for DEC only.
