2009 Monterey 400 Sport Yacht

Contrary to the name of the vessel this 2009 Monterey 400 Sport Yacht is a one owner FRESHWATER kept boat. It was purchased new by the current owners in the spring of 2011. It went into service at that time. This boat has upgrades galore, the engines are twin Volvo IPS diesel 500's with 370hp each. They have only 353 hours on each of them. The boat has joystick controls which allows for ease of maneuverability around the docks.

The generator is a diesel 8.0kw with sound shield to limit the noise when in use. This vessel has all the amenities needed for a long stay on board. Two staterooms, one at the front and rear of the boat make for complete privacy when sleeping. Two bathrooms both equipped with showers and heads are ajoining each of the two bedrooms. The main bathroom provides a seperate shower closed off by a glass door.

The galley is complete with a brand new fridge and freezer combo, microwave, stainless steel sink, and cooktop. This boat offers plenty of storage throughout and ample room for many guest throughout.
